"So me and my family have been with this local office since the 80s here in lakewood wa , Mike and Chris Mandick insured my family faithfully for many decades Chris , was the son of Mike who took over the office when his dad stepped down and served me and my family wonderfully for many years, he would go the extra mile for us , we'll Chris got an opportunity to do insurance work on a state level and had to take the opportunity and we're so proud of him. Kao Xiong the new agent who took over has been doing nothing but raising our rates 3x in less then a year , when I goto talk to him about it he's constantly belittling me and my concerns , now my bill shot up 50 bucks this month and I was curious why and we went through the state farm app , and he's constantly insulting me over the phone and his new co workers not Lana, Chris's old partner which I expect kao got rid of but these young men are laughing in the background along with kao and I'm just trying to find out why my bill was higher.. eventually Kao asked me to come to his office and he wouldn't show me my bill till I came in and I got the feeling I was being threatened so I had to call the state farm corporate office for further assistance , Kao makes a commission on policy's and we have 5 automobile and 2 home policy's which he will not be benefitting from, the corporate office said I could goto any agent and take my policies there. My lady has had nothing but issues as well and says he's not a good insurance agent. Be careful with this office."
